A seasoned cybersecurity professional, Nihal Fernando brings over 25 years of extensive hands-on expertise in network security, vulnerability analysis, and digital infrastructure protection. Kevin is a successful business executive and an entrepreneur. He brings over 30 years of CFO/COO experience, including cash flow forecasting, loan covenants, forward-looking financial management, strategic exit planning, and M&A. He has a passion for helping grow privately owned businesses. He works closely with entrepreneurs and SMBs to find the right solutions and personnel to achieve strategic growth and scaling and meet day-to-day operational challenges. Kevin learned entrepreneurship early with his family-run business, and later owned and operated small businesses. He has substantial experience in leadership, business development, team building, financial management, and implementing practical processes to achieve repeatable predictable results.
