I lead a talented team that offers comprehensive back-office support services, including bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, and controller-level services for clients in the US and UK. My expertise lies in sectors such as hospitality, tech startups, and e-commerce, and I am proficient in various accounting software platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, Intacct, Bill.com, and ADP. I am passionate about helping our clients achieve their business objectives, optimize cash flow and risk management, and streamline their accounting processes.
YONI ANIJAR
Vice President of Legal Affairs and Business Strategy
Yoni, a graduate of University of Florida and George Washington Law School, launched his career at a mid-size New York City law firm, refining his expertise in transactional work. Transitioning to the tech sector, he served as in-house counsel for a major tech company, gaining invaluable insights into business operation.
SIMON PETERS
Manager Accounting / Tax
Simon graduated from Ohio state University with a BS in Accounting and Finance in 2011. He started working for Deloitte & Touche and transitioned to a mid-size CPA firm in 2021. He holds a vast era of experience in accounting, Tax matters and worked on big clients like Citibank and Deutsche Bank Audits. At FitBiz, He is our lead accounting and tax manager and handles all client related questions! He takes a client centric approach and is highly personable and has a very inquisitive personality.
PANKIT SHAW
Tax Director of Accounting / CFO Advisors
A consummate accounting professional, Pankit is the Director of Accounting and a VCFO at FitBiz CFO Advisors. Pankit has worked with middle-market and large companies, both as an auditor and as a corporate accountant. During this time, he experienced firsthand the central role of financial numbers in these companies’ executive-level decision-making processes.
Since joining FitBiz, he has been dedicated to making sure the clients he works with have similar information and tools to enable them to make the best decisions for their businesses. Pankit especially enjoys the challenge of transforming difficult financial concepts into easily-understood material that everyone can understand.

Kelly has an extensive background in marketing and sales, she worked for a Pharmaceutical Sales firm and has sold over $50,000,000 dollars in real estate sales.
